One Healthy You! | Sessions & workshops

With One Healthy You! we provide weekly sessions and workshops. Work on your health with bootcamp classes, relax and unwind with yoga & mindfulness sessions and get to know more about certain topics like sustainability, food nutrition and a plant-based lifestyle.

All workshops and sessions are suitable for all levels and ages and prices are affordable so everyone can join.

Most classes only require a yogamat/big towel, comfy clothes/sports clothes, a water bottle and a positive mindset! 

All sports and yoga lessons are given outside in the Wilhelmina Park. Workshops in our café or special location. 

When participating we offer 20% discount on our Happy Bowls before or after class.

March 2020:

  • Wed 4 March 5.30 – 6.30 pm – Happy Stretching with Sandy – Afl. 15,- p.p.
    5:15 pm meet-up at One Happy Bowl café. Bring yogamat or big towel, water bottle and comfy clothes. Payment cash only prior to the class.
  • Tue 10 March 5.30 – 6.30 pm – Bootcamp with Peter – Afl. 15,- p.p.
